We were approached by a private client who had acquired some land in Wantage 30 years ago and hadn’t done anything with it. The aim of the client was to obtain planning for the land, in turn significantly increasing its value. ID developments took on the project, putting together a team of planning consultants, surveyors and architects. We managed to secure planning permission for a large residential project on the wasteland site and subsequently the land has been sold with planning for six houses and four flats.
