This fantastic project was taken from conception to completion, as ID Developments (UK) Limited began with formulating designs with Guy Roberts (Architect) and negotiating the successful change of use from commercial/residential mix to three independent residential units. 

We progressed through planning and focused our minds to the nature of the development. Our clients brief was to provide a turnkey investment which would provide Summertown with three of the best rental units available in the area. The units were to attract professional tenants, to be fully furnished and to provide a strong long term investment for the portfolio. 

We project managed the scheme through to the completion of building work and the tenancy of all three units. We are proud to say that our client has received a service which exceeded expectations and a rental yield also surpassing our project feasibility study's 'best case scenario'.
