We at ID Developments (UK) Limited have put together a team of planning advisors, property lawyers, surveyors, energy and sustainability consultants and tree specialists to work in conjunction with a superb architect.

We have employed the services of Phil Waind at Waind Gohil Architects to design and build a highly sustainable, design-led scheme to incorporate the beauty and integrity of the existing barn with a contemporary and sustainable extension.

Our client's brief is to create a sustainable family home encapsulating the best of modern day architectural design. After an extensive and difficult planning process we have managed to secure a larger than anticipated residential dwelling utilising our network of specialist architects, consultants and legal advisors. Work has begun to transform and extend the existing rural barn with a spring deadline. Design features include a Baultap kitchen and sky frame glazing.

In addition, Landscape gardener Angus Thompson has put together exciting designs for a multi-faceted garden offering visual impact and great leisure facilities.
