The clients brief was to renovate and remodel the existing office and residential flat above, but with a carefully thought out planning application, we saw scope for an additional dwelling which we thought would largely increase the value of the property. Our team put together a project to completely renovate the property, turning it from a run-down commercial unit with a poorly laid out residential above, and transforming it into two luxury fully-furnished apartments, above a completely refurbished modern office space.

The residential properties are modern throughout, featuring a mezzanine lounge, high-end German kitchens and hotel standard bathrooms.
